Talking to Julie the other day, I found out that Yahoo! Photos was going to be closing its doors. I totally forgot that I had pictures over there, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had it set up so that you could easily move your pictures over to flickr. So now I have a whole new treasure trove of photos to sift through, tag, and organize, like this gem from a trip to the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia, circa 2000.

A lot going on, but also a lot of nothing at all. I joined Michelle in NYC over Memorial Day for a design showcase for recent grads, and was lucky enough to meet up with a few friends as well. After a few days there, we endured some travel challenges before making it down to Maryland for a quick visit. Got to see a lot of friends on Memorial Day, and took Michelle for a quick spin downtown before heading back to San Diego. The folks at DCist decided to use this pic that I took at the National Museum of Natural History while we were there, which is pretty darned cool.
